Equal voice for every student
Written and anonymous responses lower the threshold to take part. Quieter students still get heard.
Sendsteps helps teachers create, engage, validate and improve every lesson. Every lesson improves the next. AI recommends, teachers decide.
Sendsteps was founded in Amsterdam in 2008 by Mike Coumans and Steven Blom. They saw rooms where only the confident few spoke, and where teachers only found out who understood after the test.
That problem has not gone away. We build software so more students can take part, and so teachers can see understanding during the lesson, then improve what comes next.
Others solve individual steps. Sendsteps connects the full loop.

AI can help draft a lesson or suggest what to change next. It does not publish, replace or override the teacher.
Answers during the lesson help teachers see gaps earlier, and carry that into the following class.
We design and develop Sendsteps in-house in the Netherlands. Product, support and engineering sit together, so teachers and institutions talk to the people who build the platform.
