Build what your organization
actually needs

Sendsteps is the Learning Loop Platform for education. We co-create new solutions inside the platform with universities, educational institutions and companies when a standard feature set does not solve the challenge. You bring the problem and domain expertise; we bring product, UX, AI and development. Scope and costs are agreed upfront, from a focused pilot to a larger partnership.

How we work

More than custom software

Sendsteps does not operate as a traditional software development agency. Instead of building a feature from a specification, we start with the problem: what are you trying to improve, why it matters, and what a successful solution would look like for the people who will use it.

From there, our product team works with your experts and end users to design, build and validate the right solution. Whenever possible, we build inside the Sendsteps platform so the work can keep evolving, fit your existing workflow and benefit from future Sendsteps developments.

You bring the challenge

Domain expertise, the people who will use the solution, and a clear sense of what needs to change.

We bring the platform

Product, UX, AI and software development, plus a Learning Loop already in use in education.

The process

How co-creation works

Five steps from a concrete challenge to a working solution you can test with real users.

Step 1

Start with your challenge

You bring a concrete problem or opportunity. That might be a specific workflow, integration or analytics requirement, or an entirely new AI-powered learning or engagement solution.

Step 2

Explore the solution together

Our product team works with your experts to understand the use case, users and desired outcomes. Together we determine what should be built, and, just as importantly, what should not.

Step 3

Build and test

Our development team creates the solution and we test it with real users in your organization. That helps us learn quickly and improve based on actual usage rather than assumptions.

Step 4

Measure and improve

We evaluate whether the solution addresses the original problem, then use feedback and data to improve it further. AI recommends; you decide what to keep.

Step 5

Scale what works

Many challenges are not unique to one organization. When a solution has broader value, it can become part of the Sendsteps platform, so your organization can help shape innovation that may later support more teachers, students, employees or institutions.

Ways to work together

From a focused pilot to a strategic partnership

Co-creation does not have to start with a large project. The scope, responsibilities and costs are always agreed upfront, so you know what you are committing to before development starts.

Pilot

Focused pilot

Test an idea or solve a clearly defined challenge with a limited scope.

Project

Co-creation project

Design and develop a new workflow, feature, integration or solution together.

Partnership

Strategic development partnership

Work closely with our product team on larger challenges and help shape future Sendsteps solutions.

Why we work this way

Domain expertise plus a product team

Useful software does not come from developers guessing what users need. It comes from combining people who understand the problem with people who know how to turn that problem into a product that can scale.

  • Your organization has the domain expertise
  • Sendsteps has the technology and development team
  • Built inside the Learning Loop Platform whenever possible
  • Scope and costs agreed before development starts
